Pilsner

Light straw to golden colour, pleasantly bitter, earthy, slightly sweet, hoppy, aromatic with a clean and soft malt backbone

 

 MOUTH-FEEL: LIGHT BODY,   HIGH CARBONATION

 ALCOHOL: 4.5 % ABV

 BITTERNESS: 22 IBU

 COLOUR: PALE GOLD (SRM 5.9)

 

Did you know:

Pilsner (also pilsener or simply pils) is a type of pale lager. It is named after the Czech city Plzn, where it was first produced in 1842 by Bavarian brewer Josef Groll.

Weiss

Moderate to strong, gold in complexion, with complex notes of cloves, fruity banana and bubblegum.

 

 MOUTH-FEEL: MEDIUM LIGHT TO   MEDIUM BODY

 ALCOHOL: 4.5 % ABV

 BITTERNESS: 12 IBU

 COLOUR: LIGHT GOLD (SRM 3-4)

 

Did you know:

Both German Weißbier and Belgian Witbier are termed "white beers" because "wheat" has the same etymological root as "white" in most West Germanic languages (including English).

Honey Porter

Robust, high in alcohol, dark, caramelly and sweet with notes of roasted grains, chocolate, toffee and of course our (no-so-secret) ingredient, Honey.

 

 MOUTH-FEEL: FULL BODIED   SMOOTH BUT LIGHT ACROSS   THE PALATE

 ALCOHOL: 5.3% ABV

 BITTERNESS: 25 IBU

 COLOUR: Dark (SRM 31.7)

 

Did you know:

Porter, originally called ‘Entire’ became the beer of choice for the laboring class and acquired the slang “porter”. It was favored by the dock workers known by that name.
